Abducted Lagos students regain freedom


Six days ago some kidnappers about six in number (five men and a lady)
went to a school to abduct four pupils, teacher and Vice-Principal of Lagos State Junior Model College, Igbonla, Epe area.

Punch gathered that the they have all been released around 11pm Tuesday. It was reported thatonly one boy's parents have been able to pay N1m ransom, the rest are yet to pay.

The Rapid Response Squad of the Lagos State Police Command confirmed the release on its Twitter page, saying “the victims were all hale and hearty.”

The people abducted were  identified as Isaac Adebisi, Okonkwo Emmanuel, Abu, and Jeremiah; the English Language /Civic Education teacher, Lukman Oyerinde and the Vice-Principal, A.O Oyesola, were taken away by the assailants.
