Suspected kidnappers killed by Nigerian soldiers





Six gang kidnappers on Friday were kileld by the Nigerian Army.
They were reported to have adbucted Mr Obinna Ezeononigbo who was a tricyckle sparepart dealer at Aba.

Daily Sun gathered that that the businessman was killed when he recognised one of the abductors.. When Obinna's body was found,soldiers were contacted who trailed the hoodlums to their hideout .

Another break through happened when on sunday some robbery suspect were killed at Akpaa Mbato near Aba.They are said to be among a three man gang who have terrorized traders at gunpoint for sometime along Aba/Azumini /Opobo road.

The robbers who attacked traders going to Oron to buy crayfish contacted soldiers who though did not meet them, trailed them using their footprints to the bush where they went to share the proceeds from the loot.

The robbers were quick to open fire on sighting the soldiers but the soldiers killed on robber and the others ran with gun wounds.The robber that died Chisom aka IPO has been on wanted list for links to armed robbery and kidnapping.
